Olives stuffed with anchovy
Artisan French fries (chips)
Mini makuto tomato salads with tuna, spring onion and split olives.
Assorted sausage trays (cooked and cured)
Small glasses of Andalusian gazpacho with Modena vinegar.
Village bread toasts with tomato and ali oli
Mini cubes of cod coca onion and raisins
Mini kiche lorraine with vegetables and bacon
Mini donostiarra cream toasts with mullet roe
Sobrassada canapé, caramelized onion and quail egg
Homemade roast chicken croquettes with curry mayonnaise
Cream profiteroles with chocolate and shortbread ice cream with bourbon.
Rice to choose (vegetables, lean and vegetables, chicken and rabbit, rabbit and snails, fideua, etc)**

 

DRINKS: Open bar of drinks, includes:

Soft drinks (coca cola, coca cola zero, fanta orange and lemon)
Beer
Bleeding
White wine and red wine.

HOUSEHOLD AND SERVICES INCLUDED:

*Ice, diamond plastic cups, napkins, toothpicks etc.
*Transport (Alicante city) assembly and exhibition of the product.
(hot) All our hot food is prepared on site at the event venue, with fresh products and freshly cooked in front of you, by qualified personnel, so we necessarily need a space where we can cook, either in an outdoor space or a kitchen or similar space. (We include everything you need to make food, iron, utensils, etc.)
